Lyndsey Neel where do I start? A long overdue review of an amazing young woman. My husband Scott and I rejoined the world of renter's after selling our home. And as you can imagine it's a daunting task at any age,but as senior citizens it's an overwhelming experience. We knew nothing of Real Estate Direct or Lyndsey, but landed on a property managed by Real Estate Direct and it was Lyndsey property. In the two years living there any time we reached out with anything she was on it. Fast forward to last year 2years of renting 2024 we where advised owners where selling and we where offered opportunity to purchase. Not our desire in that moment, so we passed on purchase. Let me just say it was not what we were expecting but as we all know life situations arise and we have to suck it up. Lyndsey was amazing she met us to set up seeing potential properties on her own time to assist even if it meant we weren't her clients anymore. Let's be real who takes that kind of care with people when there's no gain for them. Lyndsey went above and beyond with all our quirk's and looked for what we might have missed and what we needed. We are out-of-town owners of several properties and all are managed by Lyndsey at Real Estate Direct. We started out with another property management company, but the magic just wasn't there. We really appreciate the strength of Lyndsey's organization and the network of contractors, landscapers, painters, etc. that she has built. When we have repairs that need to be done, Lyndsey knows the contractors that can get the job done at competitive prices. What a phenomenal Real Estate Broker. Frank Schrader personally guided us to our new home. He showed us multiple homes and gave us an honest appraisal of each. We finally settled on a house and Frank secured us an amazing price. We lived in Tampa and had some questions after the inspection. Now realize Frank is the Broker. He drove to the house, brought a ladder and went up into the attic to address our concern. Absolutely stellar service.
